From the first sketch of a screen through the backend to release in Google Play and the App Store. Below is PRIME 30+, the app I am building right now.

PRIME 30+

A training app for performance and recovery after thirty. An AI coach puts together workout and meal plans, the nutrition diary estimates macros from a photo of your plate, and body metrics, recovery and gamification keep you honest.

AI coachGenerates a training and meal plan from your goals, experience and available equipment.
Macros from a photoPhotograph your plate and the nutrition diary estimates calories and macronutrients.
Body metricsWeight, measurements and progress photos in one timeline, with trends over time.
RecoverySleep, resting heart rate and load, so you know when to push and when to back off.
GamificationXP, levels and avatars — training that actually keeps you coming back.

What I can build for you

An app is never just the screens. Here is what a real project involves.

Android and iOS

One codebase, both platforms. Screen design, smooth motion and behaviour that feels native on each system.

Backend and data

The app needs somewhere to keep data, log users in and sync between devices. That is my home turf — Java, Spring Boot, cloud.

AI features

Photo recognition, generated plans, smart suggestions. I have built these in PRIME 30+ and I know where they help and where they are just noise.

Frequently asked questions

How much does mobile app development cost?
Unlike websites, a fixed price list makes no sense here — the range is enormous. A simple app with a few screens and a login is a different animal from a platform with sync, payments and an admin panel. Tell me what the app should do and within two working days you get a cost breakdown by part, so you can see what you are paying for.
How long does development take?
For a smaller app expect six to ten weeks from design approval; larger projects run to several months. You get working builds to try along the way, so you are not waiting months for the first result.
Do you build for both Android and iOS?
Yes. I write one codebase that produces apps for both platforms — cheaper than two separate builds, and both versions then evolve together instead of drifting apart.
Do you handle the backend and database too?
That is my main profession. An app almost always needs somewhere to keep data, sign users in and sync across devices. I build backends in Java and Spring Boot on AWS or Azure every day, so you do not have to source that elsewhere.
Will you help with releasing to Google Play and the App Store?
Yes, including store copy, screenshots and getting through review. Release tends to be the biggest unknown for clients, so I take it on.
I only have an idea and no materials. Is it worth getting in touch?
Absolutely. Most projects start that way. First we work out who the app is for and what it solves, that produces a list of screens and features — and only then does it make sense to talk price and timeline.
